Text alerts

Advertisers who use our call tracking can choose to get a text the moment their AI receptionist takes a message, and, if they ask, when they miss a call. It is optional and it is off unless you switch it on.

What we text, and how often

One text when you sign up, to confirm it.
One text for each message our AI receptionist takes for your business: the caller's name, their number, what they need and when to call back.
Only if you also ask: one text for each call to your tracking number that you miss, with the time and the caller's area code.
That is up to about one text per call, and never more than 20 a day per number. No marketing, ever.

Texts come from (888) 998-7771, our toll-free alerts number. Message and data rates may apply.

How to sign up

Sign in to your account. On your call tracking card, under Text alerts, type your mobile number, tick the box and press Turn on text alerts. You can also do it when you buy call tracking. The box is never ticked for you, and we never sign anybody up on their behalf.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any text and we stop at once; reply START to have them back. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (888) 348-1992 or email hello@postcardadvantage.com. You can also turn text alerts off in your account. Emails about your calls carry on either way.

Texting the alerts number does not reach a person: it only sends alerts. To talk to us, call (888) 348-1992.

Your mobile number

We use it only to send the alerts you asked for. We never sell it, share it, or use it for marketing, and the record of your sign-up is never shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
